On tap @ Buskers (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori agrumati ed erbacei, cicoria, leggero metallico, non bene. In bocca ha una base di malto media con amaro senza particolare spunto, non pulitissima. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Da rivedere.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Giallo paglierino, appena torbida, schiuma bianca a bolle grossolane, non molto persistente. Al naso ananas, leggero citrico, passionfruit, anche una nota di formaggio (parmigiano) che si attenua nel tempo. In bocca è morbida, un po' timida forse, ma rinfrescante, leggermente acidula e tart, limonosa. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Da rivedere.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Rossa, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso sciroppo di fragola, granatina, bah. In bocca è totalmente inconsistente, squilibrata e cortissima, acqua alle fragole e zucchero. Scarica di corpo, tremendamente watery. Una birra senza capo né coda.

Bottle from Johnny’s Off License, Rome. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a big white head, quickly dissipating. Aroma of hop, fruit, yeast, grass and fragrant flowers. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma. Pours cloudy amber orange with a lasting off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of floral and bitter hop, caramel, citrus and tropical fruit, banana and cream. Medium plus sweetness, very light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Very good.
