Jungle Juice é un birrificio romano che dispone di una propria taproom, il JJ Beer Bar, aperto dal martedì alla domenica.

Ricerchiamo costantemente di infondere in ogni birra l'essenza ed il carattere delle idee che ci perseguitano, fondendole con le ispirazioni e le "contaminazioni" che ci aspettano nel cammino.

Dopo due anni di produzioni itineranti in giro per l'Italia, il cuore ci ha portato a realizzare il nostro birrificio a Roma, nella suggestiva zona di Via del Mandrione, con la prospettiva di fondare una casa per noi e per quanti si trovino a condividere insieme esperienze scintillanti e fantastiche avventure.

Ob tap @Stavio (Rome). Pours cloudy golden with a decent white head. Aroma is citrusy and grassy, wheat, cereals and spices, bergamot, nice! Flavour is citrusy with cereals, light sweet with a bitter and dry end. Medium body, high carbonation. Fresh & tasty!

Aroma is sweet with resiny tones, tropical fruits and strawberry juice. Flavour is sweet with strawberries, some ripe fruits and mild woody tones. Finishes with grapefruit and menthol tones. Some unpleasant vegetables and harsh bitterness at the end of the glass. Heavy, sweet and somewhat malty IPA.

Aroma is a bit odd and musty with soapy citrus and hints of urinal. Flavour is rather tart with strong citrus notes, some urinal, cereal and grapefruit. Also some grassy hops at the end of the glass. Citrusy tart and a bit messy saison.

Bottle at Malto Misto. Jellyfish saison by jungle juice brewing. A wheat spicy saison aroma. Light spritzy body, very effervescent. Tangy, maybe wheat, a bit sour, some spice. Quite a nice little beer.
