Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dal fruttato,. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, agrumi e arancia.

Canned 330ml. -from Gradi Plato Flaminio Roma, shared with Hrabren. Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, herbal fruity nose. Sweet malty, fruity, herbal and touch of caramel with light alcohol. Bitterish sweet finish.

0.33 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from Italy, shared with him. Clear golden, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, fruity, zesty, lemony, resiny. Some grainy malty backbone. Smooth, medium body, light bitterness. Warming. Caramel, candy and ripe fruit flavour. Soft texture, light sweet finish.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Ambrata carica, velata, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di malto, caramello, zucchero di canna, caramella d'orzo, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è abboccata, caramello, con chiusura amara media, molto ben bilanciata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.

Can. Pours a relatively light yellow, clear, small head. Aroma is fruity and very zesty, lots of orange and lemon, grapefruit and a little mango. Maybe some guava. Medium to full body. Flavour is malty, sweet, medium bitter, excellent balance. Grapefruit and orange along with mango, intense pine and a little resin round out the bitterness. Finish is bitter, slightly boozy and pine. Excellent. Jungle juice have become one of the best makers of IPAs in Italy and this one showcases it well - a very smooth and balanced modern double IPA that is extremely drinkable and just plain delicious.
