Backlog rating. Tap at the brewery, probably 1.2.2025. Very nice classic stout. Clean fermentation, substantial deep roast, coffeeish, yet not much in terms of astringency, remaining easy drinking. Tasty. Quite good.

Can via drinks Bubenec. This probably had hops Kolibri inside, but I am just assuming this from some third-party rambling in FB comments, so I am just gonna slap this rating right here. Can says nothing, only 5,1% ABV. The DDH here does not provide any overt extravagance. Rather, the beer feels very classic, with medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Subtle bready malt and med-hugh grassy, herbal, a bit lemongrassy hops character. Quite easy drinking, tasty, very good.

Can from drinks Bubenec. So basically this is not a NEIPA at all, but a pretty good classic pale ale. Rather thin body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, light candyish sweetness. Basic fruity hops character, a bit winey, grassy, citrusy. Overal tasty, very easy drinking. Quite good.

Tap at Bubeneč. Crystal clear pale golden body, thick head. They are advertising as a completely unique beer, which is funny, as clear NEIPAs usually happen as flukes. Lightly buttery aroma, stone fruit-dominant though, in a good way. Creamy coconutty taste, somewhat milder stone fruit, sweetish, soft, ending dry. Okay taste at least!
