Bottle, 0.5l. Hasy deep amber/copper pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Medium lasting, solid retention, broken lacing on the glass as it goes down. Nice on the nose, herbal and fruity notes, subtle floral background. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, chewy, silky, goes down very nicely. Moderately bitter taste with subtle sweet notes in the background, nicely balanced. Herbal and fruity aroma, citruses, zest, ripe fruits. Caramel malt, tea leaves, herbs and spices. Grassy, floral. Medium lasting finish, mild lingering bitter and spicy notes, dry. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle, 0.5l. Murky yellow/orange pour, one finger frothy white head. Long lasting, good retention. Lots of yeast floating around the glass. Ok on the nose, citruses, grassy and herbal notes, subtle floral hints. Light body, high carbonation, aggressive. Very fizzy mouthfeel, light and somewhat watery texture, slight chewiness. Bitter taste with some sweet and sour notes, unbalanced. Aroma of citruses, yeast, herbs and grass. Earthy notes, minerals. Lingering bitterness, harsh. Slight herbal spiciness. Short lasting finish, bitter. Mediocre at best.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep muddy brown pour, huge soapy beige head. Obviously over carbonated, strong hissing sound upon opening. Also, there's quite a lot of yeast floating around the glass. Not really impressive first impressions, but hey, who knows? Anyways, quite mild on the nose, malty with subtle roastiness to it. Light body, medium carbonation, slightly fizzy. Watery texture, lightweight, mild chewy. Roasty bittersweet taste. Aroma is actually quite decent although sadly watered down. Lots of coffee in this one, latte, roasted malt. Mild caramel, again coffee in the aftertaste. Mild cocoa. Short lasting and dry finish, roasty, lingering bitterness. Quite mediocre. Not bad but not really that good either. Still, I'll probably give another batch a try one of these days.

0.5 l bottle, a sample from the brewery. Thanks Kole! Shared with little Dina. Hazy dark golden to amber, medium diminishing frothy white head. Moderately hoppy, pleasant citrus, pines and herbs aroma. Fruit emerges, mostly stone fruit, some tropical notes. Biscuit, a light touch of dried fruit. Malts and leaves in the back. Flavour is lighter, more malt driven, ripe fruit, some citrus, light body, soft texture, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Began nicely, finishes on the average side.

Bottle, 0.5l. Murky deep copper/brown pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Very good retention, long lasting head that leaves quite a lot of lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, strong herbal character with grassy hops and citruses in the background. Thin body, soft carbonation, moderately fizzy. Average mouthfeel and texture, a bit on the light side. Herbal bitter taste with mild sweet notes. Strong herbal aroma, mild lingering spiciness. Grassy hops, very mild citrus notes in the background. Earthy. Minerals, noticable yeast presence. Mild caramel. Some off-notes here and there, cardboard, metal. Nothing alarming but it does seem a bit unbalanced. Medium lasting finish, lingering bitternes, slightly metallic. Not bad but culd be better.
