Twin Leaf Brewery will spare no expense to make high quality, world-class beer. We value the do it yourself attitude in all of its aspects and are meticulous and driven to seek perfection in all that we do.

Draft at Twin Leaf. Reminds me a bit of a pre-prohibition style lager. Poured a clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light malt notes, some corn? sweetness. Flavor was light grains, touch of malts, with a light crispness. Touch grassy.

Draft at Twin Leaf. Poured a black color with a small tan head. Aroma was notes of coffee, roasted malts, some toast with a touch of dark chocolate. Flavor was seriously like a oatmeal cookie. Lots of oat, nutty notes, grain and raisin.

Draft at Twin Leaf. Poured a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light floral and citrus hop notes, with some light malt backing. Flavor was a little creamy, but there wasn’t a whole lot of oat notes to it.

Draft at Twin Leaf. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light floral notes, some light fruity character. Pretty tasty, crisp lager notes but with a decent fruit character from the hops.

Draft pour at Twin Leaf. Poured a deep-hued, almost ruby-golden color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light fruit notes, some malt body comes through on this one. Flavor was light floral and hoppy notes.

Sample at the taproom. Pours brown with some amber around the edges, and a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, florals and berries. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, blackberry and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a berry and lavender aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a slightly hazy reddish-yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Floral and herbal aroma with some fruit in the background. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is wheaty with a hibiscus and fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear orange-amber color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of malt, spices and yeast. Medium body with flavors of malt and honey, yeast and sweet tea. The finish is sweet with a malt and yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium body with flavors of fruit, earthy yeast, malt and mild hops. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Light-bodied with a caramel malt character and notes of earthy hops and fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
