Description

Can. Color: Slightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Fruity citrus and stone fruit notes. Taste: Malty with floral hoppy backbone. Light hints of lemon and ripe apricots. Alcohol is pretty well hidden untill the finish. Some booze and bit warming mouthfeel at the finish. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Quite smooth. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice experiment (+1 point), although the taste is not that special.

Bottle, 7.5% at De Foodhallen. Citric and slightly caramelly aroma. Dark copper colour, almost clear. Small stable white head. The flavour is caramelly with a subtle, but good spicy hop note. Low bitterness. Mellow and pleasant. Atypical for the style, though.
