Description

Troebele diep goud/oranje kleur. Een fijne witte kraag die niet blijft. Geur: zoetig, zacht tropisch fruit (perzik/mango). Smaak is zoetig met een vleugje bitter. Medium body. Mild bittere finish

Draft at Brewdog Outpost, Rotterdam. Poured a crystal clear blonde colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is surprisingly sugary sherbet. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, somewhat light, herbal, woody, sugary, saccharine, light boozy alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Rojiza de espuma rosa, abundante y jabonosa. Duradera. Aroma bastante neutro. En boca es muy ligera, bebible. Seca, amarga. Sabor de base malteada, y contrapunto ligeramente ácido. Se bebe bien.

330ml can. Cloudy, orange, dark golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally artificial, sweet-ish, tropical fruity hoppy and minimally spicy aroma, hints of peach, Trolli Pfirsichringe, coconut overtones, whiffs of coriander. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, tropical fruity and minimally piney hoppy, initial notes of peach and mango, later replaced by coconut and lime; lingering, citrusy and minimally spicy finish with notes of lime, lemongrass and coriander, even a weak touch of wasabi (without pungency).
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Minimally strange Trolli Pfirsichringe-effect from all the ingredients, especially in the aroma and initially also in taste, later more "natural", fruity, citrusy and refreshing; not that much "Belgian classic" perceptible under the Brazilian jacket - nice.

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 19 Feb 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of peaches, white bread and flowers. Fruity, malty taste with peaches, citrus, grass, white bread and a mild citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Soft and well balanced. Nice one.
