Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light tart winey vibe, vibrant if thin lemon, cinnamon and floral fruits. Airy dry finish. A bit different and drinkable.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy dark chestnut amber brown with a small white head. Aroma has a nice red berry character, along with aged wood, wild yeast, and fermented out brown sugars. Flavour has aged wood, dark dried fruits, and a touch of toffee. Finishes oaky, malty, fruity, and dry. Very good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a cloud orange juice with a small white head. Aroma has wild yeast in back, with sludgy earthiness, and gentle acidity. Flavour is buggy and murky, with bugs, bready malt, and a touch of herbal notes. Not super interesting but competently done.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has lots of wild yeast, tart berries, and some earthy spiciness. Flavour has a nice bugginess to it, with spicy wild yeast, earthiness from the mugwort, and light bugs. Earthy and buggy, but I’m not digging the mugwort.
