Still going. Learned my lesson. Finally transitioned to flights. Half hazy, active, frothy pour at the north park taproom. Soapy, ginger-apple nose. Soapy, earthy & medicinal lemon balm taste. A little pineapple in everything here. Drier than expected finish, potpourri bite, a touch sharp. Apple is lost. Too potent.

Clear, pale magenta, active, extra frothy pour. Fumy coffee, I can smell it being poured off the tap. Berry forward & softly smokey coffee blend. Taste is a 180. Mostly veggy, solid nondescript berry, a twinge of pepper heat & only a soft tail of the actual coffee. Interesting. Bartender said it was intentional contrast. Fun. Okay to good.

Clear, vibrant, frothy. If it's the same base, it's treated differently. Soft dry pineapple & mellow apple nose. Taste is tart, semi-sweet leaning dry, caramelized apples, confectionary, very dry, very browned & soft coconut. Lemon & pineapple are move obvious on the warmer sips. Strong acidity, lingering tartness, okay forced carb, a wink of pith but it still ends semi-sweet. Super pina colada-ish & nostalgically good.

The recipe has changed recently but no one could tell me what it was. Currently it's Simcoe & Crystal. Odd choices. Almost clear, medium gold, extra frothy pour. Stinky hops. Footy, cheesy, slightly sweet apple-Simcoe piss idea is a bad one. Taste is actually lovely though. Bittersharp, grassy, pungent herbal, lime. Potent flavors Frothy, very acidic, boozy, feels nice. Tastes great, smells like piss. Bonus points for drama.

Faintly hazy, pale gold, frothy pour. Softly sweet floral, pear & onion nose. Taste is a mellow mushy apple base, sweet onion, a soft but pleasant yellow guava flavor. Backdrop of dried pineapple & sulfites persist. Crispier than the base I just had. A touch more acidity then zero, easy abv but a little belly burn. Iffy.

First try. Cute little place. Half pour; goblet. Mostly clear pale gold with a very slight haze, lingering ring of froth. Soapy, medicinal, slightly floral, stale-smelling glassware, boozy. Bittersweet leaning sweet, mushy apple flesh, skin, low tart, soft dried pineapple, sulfite heavy, mostly dry finish. Low carb but consistently frothy, pithy, low tart, medium low acid, drying alcohol. Okay-ish.

2.5oz. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: hoppy, funky. Taste: along the same lines, quite bitter, very carbonated, not sure if I can fell any apples here, they are probably covered by the overpowering hoppy bitterness. Overall: meh.
