Pour is a bright clear golden with a white loud fizzy head. Aroma has some honey and grape must. Flavor is a floral honey with a white bread like malt. Not as sweet as I thought it was going to be, in fact this kind of finishes super dry. The brewer showcased what honey can do in a beer without making it a syrupy and sweet mess. I would not call it a Belgian ale like it is listed here but it is a nice change of pace.
