PInkish colour. Thin head. Light fruity aroma. This is a little bit cough syrupy cherry note. A little bit of phenol. The base beer has like a crackery malt. It's not bad, though.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy bright pinkish red with a small off-white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with lightly tart, fresh cherries, a touch of oak, and some underlying wild funk. Flavour is nice and fruity upfront, with fresh cherries, light wild funk, and saison yeast. Pretty subtle and lacking oomph, but the flavours are pleasant. Nice one.

Hazy, light. The aroma has some delicate fruitiness - nice esters with a light pale malt character. Light body. Fruity. A touch of almost like a wheaty note. Interesting - there's something missing, but there's definitely promise here. Honestly, good first go.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out oak and light wild funk - very fragrant and fairly complex. Flavour is very dry and oaky, with lots of wild funk, dry oak, and a hint of acidity. Oaky and dry on the palate. Nothing incredibly complex, but it works well. Nice stuff.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pure white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some apricot flavours is quite nice. Taste is a nice mix of light apricot with some light funky notes and some tart flavours with subtle residual sugar notes. Body is about average with champagne-like carbonation. Great beer and carbonation level works very well for this beer.

500ml bottle bought at Twin Sails. Pours a dirty pale golden with a wbite head. Aroma is barrel and slightly fruity, quite fresh. Taste is similar. Quite pleasant, very refreshing. Despite the beer a bit lacks of a body, it is definitely a good table beer. Very glad that we have something like this in the province, since before the similar things needed to be imported from US.
