clear golden color. Lychee, lime, tangerine with biscuity malt character in the nose. Very clean. Very crisp clean body. Nice biscuity malt backbone over modestly bitter hops. Dry finish. This is really well balanced. This is a fantastic example of a WCIPA.

slightly hazy light straw color. Citrus, rhubarb and apricot. Soft hoppy mouth, low medium bitterness. Soft carbonation. Interesting.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brn/blk with a creamy beige/tan head. Aroma of blueberry and roast/toast - but not burnt - malt. Med body. Flavor is blueberry and dark - not quite burnt - malt. There's a grain aspect that might come from granola. Not really dry. Mildly bitter. Different. Interesting.

Can. Canned April 7. Bright nose, seems dry hopped. Spicy and floral, a bit lemony. Light malt. Pale gold. Very hoppy, spicy, floral, melon, lemon, touch of resin. Quite delicious. Finish is a little muddy but otherwise quite nice for a 3-month old pilsner.

Sample during the Orange You Glad to CA Wave of IPAs? tasting on 05/22/2021. Slightly hazy bright golden color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, tropical fruit and caramel malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

The aromas are fresh grassy citrusy hops with some dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose plus stone fruit, pineapple, a little mint. Slightly sweet upfront, with just right carbonation and a little bitter. Great body and finish. Very nice beer.

Usually a fan of coffee IPAs, but something's off with this one. Starts out fine, with a nice mix of pine, grapefruit, peach, and coffee, with a cascara acidity perking up in the middle as roast and a mild bitterness kicks in. Goes awry in the finish, though, gaining a vegetal, yeasty tartness with traces of day-old java. Not sure what hops were used, but they throw everything off by the end. Darn.

light amber golden color. Citrus, pine and celery in the nose. A bit weird. Light body, medium bitterness. Straight forward but totally fine

Pour is hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is at first herbal like sage, then comes a apricot. Flavor is more fruity than the aroma. I get some honeydew melon with a kind of mello citrus and then some coconut after the swallow. Didn't know what to expect with these hops but was pleasantly surprised.
