On tap at Eppig, pours a clear cherry red with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently tart raspberry, a hint of cherry and a touch of lacto. Flavour is correctly brewed, with gentle raspberry upfront, followed by gentler cherry and soft wheaty notes. Clean and competent. Good stuff.

On tap at Eppig, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, gently sweet grass, and biscuity notes. Flavour is hoppy and grassy, with a crisp, vibrantly grassy hoppy character and a crisp biscuity malt base. Balanced and bright. Good stuff.

16oz can on 27th December 2022; Air B&B, Temecula. Clean and clear light golden body, no head worthy of the name. Usual mild Kolsch aroma and taste; not much going on really. This might be a re-named Eppig Prekend?

On tap at the waterfront location during Oktoberfest. Light beech smoke, some altbier maltiness but it’s on the thin/almost tart side. Low bitterness, I guess ok for an alt but smoked malt I imagine works better with a sticke base.

Solid zwickel. Easy drinking and smooth. Golden pour with initially big fluffy head and decent lacing. Crisp bitter finish. Some attic type musk. Very nice stuff. Some farmy straw. Can ordered online.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is lemon drop hops with a spicy rye like malt. Flavor is some melon and a very chewy malt. I don't think this is beer is a spoton example of the style. A spicy malt and some odd hops great you.
