32oz can brought back from the brewery. Caramel amber body, deep, attractive. Thin, oily head...not as much as I’d hoped from the innovative canning system. Sweet, mellow nutty spiced aroma. The body just isn’t there, watery despite lots of delicious flavor. Still a nice Brown Ale, leaning into dessert beer territory. Hmm. Almost like a mildly spiced pumpkin stout at times. OK.

Enjoyed on tap at DryHop Brewers in Chicago, IL. I didn’t take tasting notes for this one, but remember this being a delicate but enjoyable saison with pear notes, lightly tart and sweet. Would definitely have this again.

Enjoyed on tap at DryHop Brewers in Chicago, IL while hanging out with a buddy before going to see the band Field Report. This stuff was pretty good, great name for this as well. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma mostly of tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is relatively light for an IPA, very sessionable and enjoyable, would definitely have this again.

Growler shared at GTMW ticket wait out line 2014. Orange-copper body. Pleasant citrus aroma. Really balanced. Copper touch of malt. Classic IPA meets new school hop sensibility. Good.

Tap at DryHop. Unfiltered amber-copper-brown color. Foamy, steady off-white head. Nice modern Citra aroma, hints of green garlic that I love. The tea and lemon are there, but the Citra is there even more. Damn, this is a great beverage. A mellow, easy doughy medium dark/godlen body, but a pronounced new school hop bitterness. Pretty fantastic. Tea comes out more and more in the aroma. Wow.

Tap at DryHop. Hazy brightish orange-tan. Foamy off-white head, steady. Piny, lemony aroma. Piny, lemony taste. Rich and chewy. Lots of earthy resinous hops. Well brewed, accurate and to style. Piny hops. True Belgian feel. A nice dry balancing bitterness to the sweet yeast and malts. Well done, nails the style but ust a pinch thin at times. Fresh, clean.

Tap at DryHop. Hazy, murky unfiltered orange-tan. Big steady off-white aroma. Bright bold hop aroma. One of the best White IPAs I’ve had. Bold tropical citrus. Fresh, flowery, with the perfect yeasty body to balance. Bold new school hops. Top notch, World Class White IPA.

Tap at DryHop. Hazelnut ginger brown ale. Interesting. Nice smooth brown malt notes. The ginger is mild, adding a nice touch. The hazelnut is well incorporated too. A very enjoyable Brown Ale. Clean, well balanced.

Enjoyed on tap at DryHop Brewers in Chicago, IL before seeing the band Field Report. Pretty good one here. Appearance is pitch black, thick and creamy consistency with a large tan head. Aroma is like a milk chocolate pumpkin pie. Taste is pretty damn good, lots of pumpkin with chocolate, lactose and a faint hint of smoke. Very enjoyable.

32oz growler from the brewery pours a murky gold with some frothy, lacing white head. Nose is very fruity, tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, lemon, perfume, some lychee. Flavor follows right along, tangerine, lemon, straw, dried pineapple, passion fruit, some lime. Crisp finish. Really solid and very drinkable.
