A dark reddish copper ipa with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a nice caramel malt with loads of resinous and piney floral c-hops, light peated scotch character, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with grapefruit pulp, good floral resinous hops, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

An orange amber ipa with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice piney and citrusy floral hops, grapefruit, treacle, very nice and pungent. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with orange pulp, light Barley candy, smooth floral hops with light citrus notes, well done. On tap at brewery.

6oz pour at the brewpub. A very cloudy dull gold. Strong carbonation is visible. Has a small head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is indistinct hops with a light bitter touch, a bit of citrus, some spikey esters, and a bit of husky grain. Flavor is low bitterness, light citric, grain, and blaise happiness. Just a dull beer. But what can one expect from a steam beer and cream ale hybrid.
