Clear pale greenish yellow cider, small off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit dirty, fruity, some apples, tannins, brett notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of sour apples, little bitter, dirty touch, some apple peel, tannins. Aftertaste: apples, bit soapy, soft acidity, bitter touch.

Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A clear pale yellow golden colour, no head. Aroma of yery dry tart apples, riped apples. Taste of mid sweet riped apples, dry apples.

Tap at Cider Cider. Clear golden with big white head. Sweet apple, light champagne, boozy, bitter herbs and apple cores, white wine. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

BAF 2018. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Clear golden. Nice fruit nose, sweet, sweet apple & white wine. Sweet taste cider, lively, bit dry, white grape, nice sweetish apple.

On tap at a fair at Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum. Clear straw coloured without any head. Fresh apples with hints of herbs and citrus. Moderate to medium sweet with nice acidity and bitterness. Nice one!
