Sampled from bottle at International Cider Festival. Pale straw with white bubble ring head. Easy drinking sweet fresh apples, crisp and fresh with a hint of garlic in the finish. // BAF! 2018. Tap. Clear golden with no head. Sweet fresh apples, very clean. Quite sweet and medium dry and bitter. Medium body and low carbonation.

7 3 6 3 13Draft at Kaapse 4th Anniversary Festival ‘18. Almost clear greenish with a white head. Aroma of green apples and woody notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Cider Cider. Clear light green with small white head. Melon, sweet apple, soft citrus, green apple, light pear, soft herbs, cashew nuts. Medium sweet, bitter and sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Flaska från SB. Riktigt tjusig spökblek gulvit och helklar i färgen med kritvitt skum. Riktigt frisk och ganska syrlig med lätt funkiga inslag. Gröna druvor, omogna äpplen och massor av fatkaraktär som för med sig tydliga inslag av riesling/vit vin. Lätt kropp, pigg och frisk med mycket kolsyra. Ruskigt elegant. Noterar att alkoholhalten ligger på 8,5% - skulle gissat på hälften! Oerhört väl dolt. Riktigt gott och uppfriskande!

Aroma is moderate apple, bubble gum - mint. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, peach, lemon, minty, pear, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
