5oz pour at the source in SD. Black, inky, strong oatmeal lace. Toasty, low char, lime tortillas, old coffee, burnt bbq sauce, graphite. Soft carb, dusty, starchy but thin, boozi-ish. Okay.

5oz pour at the source in SD. Black on brown, thin lace. Milk, oats, green peppers, huh? Oak, old coffee, sharp toast, charcoal, peppers? Thin, mellow, forgettable.

On tap @the SD location. Frothy, pale orange, lacy pour. Do you call out a short pour if it's in a flight? #innerthoughts Yellow onion, bad dank, stuck fermentation, soil. Had better invitations. Starchy, big onion, lots of white grapefruit pith, no heat chili oil. Lingering pith to eternity. My tongue is itchy. Meh. Getting tired of the same notes.

On tap @the SD location. Clear, oily gold, super lacy pour. So I sort of get a mousy, earthy hop sprinkled with sharp salad dressing. Not sure why was intended. Mosaic is always different for me. Bitter grain, starchy like rice, Yuzu, sharp toast, coriander. Pleasant dry grain & prickly pine finish. Tis okay.

5oz pour @the SD location. Purty, clear, Lipton Tea, bleached white ring of lace. Orange, rose, cardamom, some great bitters combo. Smells like a good Amaro/Campari mixer. Very... orangy. Lemon oil, rosewater, corn bread, lemon thyme. Middling acid is it's only fault. Dope. Delicate, softly carbed. Cocktail material.

5oz pour at the source. I never trust these things. Clear, deep gold, coating, bleached lace. Charred fresh crusty bread & white grape nose. Euro lager notes. Doughy, good butter, sharp crust, oak, nippy acidity, apple skin tannins, sourdough finish. Ample but floaty carbonation. Tasty.

This has some pale malt, nice bitterness, mellow fruitiness, a bit of allium.

Murked out pale, thin head. Estery but bubblegum phenols in there, too, which is not to my taste. Sticky, not going anywhere for me.
