Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of apricot juice, yellow fruits. Taste of apricot juice, lemon, dry fruits, wheat and yeast.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before October 2019. Pitch black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of nougat, coffee, hazelnut and hints of dark fruits. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty taste of nougat, mocca, licorice, some hazelnut and traces of dark fruits, followed by long, rather roasty-bitter, earthy and maybe minimally woody finish. Medium to full body, almost creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Simple but tasty RIS, don't get too much of the oak though.

Many thanks to my SummerSanta TomHendriksen for this bottle! Fresh and fruity sourish nose. The beer starts sourish fruity, round and refreshing with a sour and mild apricot aroma. Lactic acids there, smooth grainy sour with hints of apricots in the back. Nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before April 2020. Hazy, pale golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fairly spicy, moderately fruity aroma of lots of coriander, some apricot and a touch of wheat. Moderately sweet, slightly sour, rather spicy and gently fruity taste of massive coriander, some apricot, dough, a touch of lemon and hints of rhubarb, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately dry, gently minerally-salty and fairly spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable, but not the best apricot Gose I've had. It definitely lacks the freshness you could expect and it is way too heavy on the coriander.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', bottled in May 2018. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity and slightly grassy aroma of passion fruit, pineapple and lemon peel with a touch of gooseberry. Slightly sweet, very fruity, quite juicy, slightly floral and a bit grassy taste of pineapple, passion fruit, gooseberry and lemon peel, followed by a short, minimally bitter, a bit grassy finish. Thin to medium body, very smooth and just a little effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice hop juice, really well-made!
