Bottled, dated 02/07/2013 so about half a year old, large sample. Initially hazy orange color, big rocky slight off-white head. Soft fruity hop aroma, some citrus and grapefruit, slight biscuity malt. Medium to high bitterness in taste, pretty clean, slight citrussy fruity, some malt. Decent IPA, although this bottle had a bit too much yeast, was a bit high on carbonation and had oxidized a bit. But I’ve had it fresher and that was pretty good.
