Our food and beer rotate consistently. We have core four beers that we release each season (four in spring, four in summer, etc..), as well as a handful of one-time brews we make just for fun! We guarantee there's a beer for everyone on tap. Similarly, our menu changes based on what ingredients we can get at the farmers markets, what's in season, and what pairs well with our beers at the time! It's always a little different, but always delicious!
Bottle 112 of 500. Hazy yellow pour, huge white head. Big sharp aromas of cardamon, corriander, and grassy hops. Lively mouth feel, lively carb. Medium to high bitterness. Crisp, bright grassy finish. Some light spices, quite refreshing.
Pint can from Sam's Quik Shop. Pours clear golden with a dusting of a white head. Aroma is quite fruity: apple, berry... smells noting like a wit, but is sweet and pleasant. Flavor is tangy wheat, yeast, coriander, berry, apple, glue. Carbonation is quite light. Flavor combo works.
I tapped the keg at Pour Taproom in Durham with this one. Aroma is vomit, light citrus. Flavor is Brett, citrus peel, vanilla, earth. Flavor is MUCH better than the nose.
Alisa brought this one back from a trip to NC. ++ Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a hazy orange color with a medium sized fluffy white head. The aroma was sweet and tangy with sugar, booze, golden fruit and honey. The aroma was sweet, boozy and tangy with sugar and golden fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
British style Black IPA?? Maybe. Aromas are dark malt roast tree bark. Flavors are fairly simple like nose Bittersweet dark malt with some Carbonic tang. Okay body and finish.
Aromas are mainly roast dark malt and a bit of yeast. Plainly, this isn't a traditional saison. The roastiness gives it an interesting dimension. But I don't pick up most of the qualities in the description. I get roast, sweet-tart, a little coffee and yeast.
Aroma are mainly very spicy with some herbs, Pale malt and a hint of funk. Flavors are not much like a traditional European farmhouse saison. Sweet upfront with a long almost burning bitterness. Lots of spice bitterness and some yeast.
Can. Pitch black, flat by now. Been sitting around a while. Dark chocolate nose, some soy, coffee, molasses. Lovely chocolate syrup flavor, coffee and molasses. Smooth, big body and flavor. Like it.
I forget where I got this bottle, it's been sitting in my fridge for a while. Clear golden amber color small white head. Aroma of dusty black pepper, citrus. Taste is very Bretty, peppery lime, dry finish. A bit messy but interesting enough.
