Description
A love for technical hobbies and nudge from economic pressures in 2008 led us to pursue a path with beer. Years of brewing, tweaking, DIY projects and determination all culminated on our opening day July 1, 2011. We started with a 5 bbl brew house fabricated from repurposed tanks and now sell beer to all of south central Pennsylvania. Over the past 9 years we have grown thanks to incredible beer fans, with that growth we have been able to announce our new facility expansion, you can follow us on Facebook and Instagram for that progress.

16oz can. Glowing haze, thick long lasting head. Looks a bit like near the last pour of keg. Aroma is a mish mash of new hops - tropical fruits, some spoiled fruits but not popping at me. Flavor is similar, not juicy juice with some tea malts in the background. Some light bitterness rounds it off. A definite good stab at the NE IPA and much better than most recent stabs. Canned 10/02/17.

Sampler draft Bert's in Millersville, PA. Thick ass beer. Smells like orange juice with other tropical fruits. But surprisingly like orange juice. Flavor is similar with some hop bitterness that really takes away from the orange fun. But fun to smell nonetheless.

16 ounce can poured into an even a larger weizen glass that I got from Blind Tiger brewing in Kansas. Dated August 17, 2017, so little bit more than a month old. Pours of the thick thick head and a deep amber color. Clear but a bit dim hue with great carbonation shooting up the glass. On he maltiness end for style but not too much. Slight generic hop felt at end of flavor. A nice toast heavy malt flavor and moderate sweet malt with s light mineral touch

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a semi-hazy burnt copper/amber color with a fingerβs worth of white foamy head that quickly died off. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet caramel/toffee malts, light sweet grain, herbal tones, and a little bit of floral hops.
The flavor was mildly sweet through the malts. Nice clean aftertaste. Smooth sweet malty finish.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty good amber ale that I could have again.
