Bottle at Black Heath, pours a clear pinkish amber, no head. Aroma brings out fresh bourbon barrels upfront, with medium wildflower honey. Flavour is very complex, with a wonderful bourbon barrel character upfront, followed by vanilla and wildflower honey. Wonderful use of barrels. Complex and elegant. Lovely.

Bottle at Black Heath, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out subtle botanicals, with the honey pretty washed out. Flavour is fairly dry and spicy, with subtle botanicals, oak barrels and dry yeast. There's a touch of honey character, but the residual sweetness seems low. Interesting.
