Bottled sample at the cidery, 8/5/16. Clear pale yellow, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of citrus, lemongrass, earth, sweet apple. The taste is candied lemon, citrus, sweet apple, vanilla. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, mild lingering bitterness.

Keg at the cidery, 8/5/16. Hazy pale golden, thin fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of sweet apples, vanilla, earth. The taste is sweet apples, mild earth, apple skins, vanilla, a bit of earth. Medium bodied, well balanced, drinkable.

Pint pour at Capital Ale House - Downtown. Poured a clear, pale, but still a deep hue of yellow with a fizzy, wispy white head. Aroma was nice apple, some pear notes. Flavor was sweet apples, a touch sweet, but balanced with a little crisp bite that makes this a decent beer that should be able to please macro cider folks as well as more seasoned folks.
