Draft at the source, batch #2. Clear pinkish red color, still. More cranberry than basil in the aroma but both are subtle. Basil comes out nicely in the flavor and blends nicely with the lightly tart berries. Nice.

Tap. Pours clear pale golden yellow, no carbonation. Aroma is watery bourbon and apple. Flavor is light sweet, watery indeed. Light plus body. Tastes like the remnants of a mixed drink.

Tap. Pours clear golden straw, no carbonation. Aroma is mulled cider, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. No maple noted. Flavor is light plus sweet, apples and spice. Light plus body.

Tap. Pours clear straw, no carbonation. Flavor is apples, hint of oak, green apple skin. Flavor is light sweet, hint of tartness. Light body. Oak influence is very light.
