Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow solid white head. Nice tropical fruit and bubblegum aroma. Taste is bittersweet mango and pineapple. Tasty

Growler: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light tart notes with some lemony notes is quite unique. Taste is dominated by tart notes with light pomelo notes and a lemony finish which was more or less enjoyable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not sure I really dig the tartness of the pomelo.

Growler: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt with light dry citrusy notes is tamer than I would have expected. Taste is also dominated by caramel malt with light residual sugar notes and some dry citrusy hops. Body is about average with good carbonation. Lack the hops flavours as I was expecting but still not a bad beer.

Growler: Poured a clear golden color lager with a nice large thick foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes is actually quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by clean cereal notes with some light subtle residual sugar notes. Light floral notes could also be detected. Body is about average with good carbonation. Probably my favorite beer from this brewer.

Amber, slight haze. Thin head, nice lacing. Quite toasty on the nose - real old school character of cascades. Bland cascades, some sweet biscuity malts, kind of thuds on the palate.

Medium brown. Fairly toasty, has some cleaning product phenols, which kind of mess things up.

Brownish-amber. Thin head. Aroma is full of diacetyl. A bit toasty - again - but this one is full of butter. Shouldn’t have been served.

Golden-amber. Thin head. Aroma has a lot of toastiness. Has a decent toasty character. Off-dry, slightly crackery finish. Good.

Cloudy, dull amber. Toasty aroma is fairly thin and simple. Mild, toasty with perhaps too much caramel.
