Description
Our goal here is simple—delicious craft beer. Our success hinges on the drive of our Beerworkers, whose passion is fueled by the support of our loyal beer loving community.

In 2014, Geoff Seideman and his wife Charmayne opened Honolulu Beerworks, a neighborhood craft brewery in the heart of Kaka'ako. From the beginning they focused on using unique and locally sourced ingredients in the brewing process. Honolulu Beerworks now has an experimental and robust barrel aging program.

Medium brown. Nutty aroma. Sweet and mild palate with light nutty, slight bit of fruitiness as well.

Golden-brown. Aroma has crackery, almost chocolatey character. Complex palate, again chocolatey with an off-dry finish.

Animal Farmhouse Ale from Honolulu Beerworks

Hazy light amber. Herbal, slightly spicy nose with lots of pale malt. Dry, lean pale malts, good hoppy finish, and far less yeasty than the saison.

Cloudy and quite pale. Aroma is very spicy lots of orange and coriander, taste is similar but with a fair bit of yeastinss that is not always fresh.

Golden. Thin head. Aroma is malty, clean pale malts. Palate same, fresh pale malt character, sweetish finish.
