On tap at Bailey’s Taproom. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. A big fruity nose of non-distinct sweet notes. The flavor really comes in sweet almost jolly rancher like with clear sweet Rhubarb and apples. Pretty interesting. Not too dry. Certainly fits a smooth Summer brew.

Sample at Brave Horse Tavern. Clear pale golden color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spices. Light to medium body and somewhat dry with a mildly tart apple character and mild spice and berry flavors. The finish is lightly tart with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle from Made in Oregon. Clear, pale gold body. Pretty sizable, lingering head for a cider. Smells of pears, sharp florals, handsoap. Brown sugar. All too familiar Woodchuck-like apple scent on the back. Taste upfront is green, tart, acidy cider apples. The brandy slides on thick about halfway through. Carbonation dies & this heavy, woody caramel is just shellacked onto the back of your tongue. Light, prickly carbonation. Returning acid. Oxidized, grainy, vanilla finish. This was probably an okay cider before the wood hit it. Bad Apple. Bad!
