Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is cinnamon. Med body. Flavor reminds of baked apples covered with cinnamon - minus a "baked" flavor! And it’s tart. The flavors really impact the mouth. It finishes tart, cinnamon, and maybe some other spices, but for me it’s very cinnamon. Nice.

Can. Pours a mellow yellow with a slight green hue and a white head that dissipates quickly and immediately. Aroma has a good amount of dry earthy apples with a bit of a ginger bite. Flavor starts with sweet apple and ginger that evolves in to more of an earthy apple finish.

On tap at Muddy Waters. Pours a clear light gold with a no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of very dry apple with some underlying tart rhubarb. Flavor starts a bit thin but grows to have dry apple and tart rhubarb.

On tap at Bailey's Taproom, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Aroma is fairly acidic, with light notes of apricot and Granny Smith apples. Flavour is very juicy, full of apricot goodness. Full-flavoured and juicy, without any thinness of other problems. Nice stuff.

bottle from Les Caves, rated on 8/21/13 - This cider pours very bubbly with a small head. It smells mainly of green apples. This is a dry, tart cider with an effervescent body. It’s tasty and rather interesting. While I’d say it’s a very good cider, the price point makes me want it to be great.
