On tap in the bar at Whole Foods, Laguna whatever on 26th July 2023. Pale, sweet and apples, it's OK, but very sweet. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cosmic Crisp Cider on 19 Apr 2026 at 15:00 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: 355ml can from a Traders Joe's, poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass in Laguna Hills on 19th April 2026. Clean and clear pale body, no head after ten seconds. It's a cider tramp juice with a dry finish and park bench, in a brown bag sort of feel.

Capped 500 from Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours very hazy perry color. No head. Aroma of pear and apple. Med body or perhaps even more. To an extent it's like drinking sparkling white wine. Not 100% dry, but not very sweet. Seems to be some yeast flavor - perhaps that's an indicator of the haze. Strangely heat is not detectable. It's almost like food. Really amazing cider.

12 oz can from a 6 pack picked up at Kroger. Surprised it took me this long to pick this one up, as Cosmic Crisps are a clear favorite apple variety of mine. Enjoyed from the can, as I do most ciders. Fresh apple and pineapple nose. Crisp flavor that doesn't even taste like it's in the same galaxy as 8%. Cool fresh, juicy apple and mixed tropical notes, all very much expected. The refreshment was the surprise here for me. Very well put together cider here.
