On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is full of jalape�o pepper without much burn. Flavour is spicy and peppery, with intense jalape�o, lots of spicy burn, and some earthiness. Not particularly complex but the jalape�o pepper comes through nicely.

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, light resinous hops, and some earthiness. Flavour has resinous hops, some bready caramel, and too much residual sweetness. Too sweet for an IPA, though it does have a decent hop bitterness.

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and a touch of dankness. Flavour is very piney in the hop department, with gentle dankness, a touch of citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Super piney, nicely bitter, and very crisp. This is excellent.

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out molasses, medium roasted malt, and some burnt bread crusts. Flavour has a nice rich maltiness, with caramelized sugar, molasses, and toasted malt. Nice malt character, with a finish on carmaelized sugars and bitterness. Good stuff.
