On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is full of jalape�o pepper without much burn. Flavour is spicy and peppery, with intense jalape�o, lots of spicy burn, and some earthiness. Not particularly complex but the jalape�o pepper comes through nicely.

Flavour has resinous hops, some bready caramel, and too much residual sweetness. Too sweet for an IPA, though it does have a decent hop bitterness.

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and a touch of dankness. Flavour is very piney in the hop department, with gentle dankness, a touch of citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Super piney, nicely bitter, and very crisp. This is excellent.

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out molasses, medium roasted malt, and some burnt bread crusts. Flavour has a nice rich maltiness, with caramelized sugar, molasses, and toasted malt. Nice malt character, with a finish on carmaelized sugars and bitterness. Good stuff.

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear golden bronze with a small white head. Aroma has some resinous hops, bready malt, and toasted caramel. Flavour has a nicely bitter citrus rind character, piney bitterness, and crisp biscuity malt. Finishes very bitter and citrusy. Very good.
