Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a super large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light dry hoppy notes with some subtle tropical flavours also noticeable. Taste is a mostly dominated by tart flavours with some mineral flavours with some dry hoppy notes and some quite subtle tropical flavours notes also perceptible. Body is light with very strong carbonation. Enjoyable session sour with hops profile not as dominant as I was expecting.

Bottle - Perfumy and light soured dark malts. Jet brown and a nice light beige head. Soured dark malts, fruity and acidic with some barrel. Nice balance and complexity.

Can - Soured Coffee and roast. Jet black brown with a rich light brown head. Bitter and coffee light sour notes.

Can - Funky dark roast and chocolate. Jet black with a rich light brown head. Funky and light roast and bitterness. Thin, roasty and funk. Weird.

Can - Tropical notes and Brett funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bitter and tropical notes with a nice funky finish.

Can - Light smoked wheat and citrus. Cloudy orange with a decent white head. Light smoke and a touch of citrus. Pretty mild.

Can - Light smoke and perfumy yeast notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tart and light smokey notes with a touch of berry. Odd, but I like smoke so pleasant.

Small can (thx, L.-P. B.!). Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is very lemony. Taste is lemony with lemon zest notes. Surprisingly low-level acidity. Good one.
