Cloudy pale straw color, with a medium white head. Subtle lemon rind, with a solid salinity in the nose. Nice mouth Feel, carb is good. Light bodied, crisp, and very sour at the end. A strong sour grip on my throat, with a solid salty, savoury finish. Hints of lemon, and grass, really interesting stuff.

Can from the brewery. Cloudy red pour, small pink head hibiscus is quite present in the aroma, very floral, and the raspberry is softly in the background. The mouth feel is solid, and the carb is light and soft. Finish is medium tart, loads of raspberry puree flavours, zero sweetness, just a beautifully tart, floral, refreshing ale.

Slightly hazy light yellow pour, with a medium white head. Sweet orange, clementine, and a lovely soft chamomile. Tartness is soft, not too overpowering and it mixes with the sweet orange perfectly. The tartness ties it all together in a refreshing, clean and crisp quaff.

Can from the brewery. Dark brown, almost black pour, with a big beige head. Aroma is nice and roasty. Some yeasty notes, hint of funk, dried malt Aroma, vanilla and cake. Solid mouth feel, good carb, low bitterness. A roasty, rustic Porter, hints of coffee and yeasty, and tinged of funkiness.

Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Huge tropical fruit notes, mango, papaya, and some strong pine resins. Perfect mouth feel, soft carb.. Medium bitterness, more tropical fruit, stone fruit, light herbs, some mint. Not really getting a Belgian ale vibe here, more of a east coast ipa and a Farmhouse saison.

Cloudy, hazy yellow/orange pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma is a wow! Peaches, mango, coconut, papaya and chamomile. Perfect body, and carb. Low bitterness, nicely sour, but not over the top. The chamomile turns to a coconut flavours and mingles well with the tropical and stone fruit, and the sourness. This is spectacular!

375 (thx(?), Phill!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, floral, nice fruity Brett. Taste: along the same lines, farty, some weird (not very offensive, tho) notes I can't really describe. Overall: good.

Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled Aug 2020). Hazy yellow with small white head. Funky cheesy notes, gentle malt base, feint hops in the background. Decent.
