500mL bottle. Pours clear amber, cloudy once some of the dregs made it in, with a foamy beige head. Dried fruits, brown sugar, and some sort of sheeps wool-like note on the nose. Flavour has dried berries, some raisins, caramelized sugars, a touch burnt in back. Quite sweet with only moderate carbonation. It's okay, but the yeast expression is pretty muddled and the carbonation is too low.

473mL can. Pours clear blondish with a white head. Biscuits and dry grass on the nose. Flavour has soft cracker malts, dry grass, some black pepper. Decent pilsner.

On tap at 2 Crows. Pours clear blonde. Apple skins and plastic on the nose. Flavour has plastic and apple skins. Fuck me. I mean it's dry, but if you take away that what's left?

On tap at 2 Crows. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Fresh grass and citrus peels on the nose. Flavour has generic citrus fruit peels, excess sugars, and a murky yeast soup in which it all floats. Shitty hazy IPA, apparently standard for 2 crows now.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Melon, yuzu; rocket candy sugars on the nose. Flavour has bitter burnt sugars, yuzu, melon, white sugar; finishes quite cloying. Pretty poor DIPA; malts are brutal and the hops are timid.

On tap at 2 Crows. Pours opaque dull yellow with a white head. Dull nose, some strawberry. Flavour has lacto sourness, maybe I can find some strawberry here if I really dig. What is the point of this series?

Amber with a slight haze. Thin head. Has sort of a brett C and cheerio's note. Some herbal bitterness. Mild juicy acidity, I think that's the berries. It's a touch odd but works for me.

Magnum at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a cloudy, murky dark brown with a small white head. Aroma has a weird, muddled yeast soup character, subdued cherry, some earthiness. Flavour is unpleasant, with some vomit, acetone, yeast soup, maybe some cherry pith. Pretty foul fermentation issue here. Nowhere close to the Marquette. This is terrible.

Magnum pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of dry musty red grapes, a touch of dry red fruits, light balsamic, and wood. Flavour is complex, with dry red fruits, balsamic, big wood, tons of red wine grape skins, and some wild yeast. Dry, tannic, vinous finish. This is great.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has some rhubarb, low-level phenols underneath, and a touch of honey. Flavour is much the same, with rhubarb, fertmented our honey, and low-level phenolic notes. The problems in the base beer are still present, but the adjuncts do cover them over a bit.
