5oz pour at brewery. Pours deep, clear brown with off-white head. Stale malts on the nose. Flavour is mostly dried out bread, stale malts. Not particularly inspiring.

5oz pour at brewery. Pours clear brown with off-white head. Sweet malts on the nose. Flavour is slightly sweet with some chewy sweet bread malts. Reasonable carbonation. It's okay.

5oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear amber with off-white head. Just a touch of malts on the nose. Flavour has dry bready malts and some dry grass. Simple, but pleasant enough.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

5oz pour at brewery. Pours slightly hazy blonde with white head. Lots of bright pine and some tangy berries on the nose. Flavour has a malt base on the sweeter side, some pine and tangy hop expression. Not bad, but definitely short of good.

375mL bottle. Pours murky pale dirty red with white head. Aroma has funk, sweet malts, oak, grape skins. Flavour has fruity acidity, a fair amount of tannic grape skins, off-dry finish. Fairly light carbonation. Sweetness in the profile is off-putting. Not a huge fan, this is not really coming together.

375mL bottle, explodes a bit upon opening, pours a cloudy deep dark amber orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tart red berries, some musty grape skins, some bugs, and some oak. Flavour is some acetone, tart red berries, a bit of musty grape skins, very light residual sugar, and a touch of oak. There is some lacto and acetone on the finish that I'm not a fan of, but the berry and grape character are OK. Not that well integrated, but it's decent.

375mL bottle. Pours very murky pale blonde with foamy white head. Aroma has earthy wild yeast. Flavour has a ton of phenols, like sucking on a rubber tube; there's some wild yeast in there, but it's smothered. Slippery. Ugh.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has a nice wild yeast character, light citrus, and straw. Flavour is phenol city -- yeah, lots of burnt rubber, along with bugs, and a touch of citrus. Way too phenolic. Not the most egregious thing, but it clearly needs fixing up.

Can at Mum and Dads in Newry, from Craft Central Dublin, 16/11/24. Murky orange topped with a decent lasting just off white head. Nose is orange pith, grass, melon, papaya, mandarin, airy malts. Taste comprises grapefruit, light dank edge, grass, mandarin, melon, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with grassy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA if no wow offered.
