16oz can. Pours hazy orange yellow. Aroma is tart, some apricot. Flavour is very juicy; quite acetic with notes of grapefruit and apricot and port barrels; some woody dryness. Quite a bit of vinegar, but not overly dominating. Really quite good.

473mL can, pours a cloudy dark apricot-y orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of bright apricots upfront, gentle port barrels, and a touch of bugs. Flavour is quite juicy, with lots of apricots, followed by boozy barrels, and some bugs. Acidity is there but not too intrusive. Really great juiciness, accentuated well by the barrels. Very good.

Sort of a murky pale amber. No head. Really nice apricot aroma, lots of barrel, with a good woody dryness. There's a bit of phenol, something maybe slightly overripe, but solid complexity. Tart, juicy, and with a good finish.

375ml green bottle. Pours a hazy straw colour with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of grainy wheat, vinegar, funky yeast, lemon zest and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat, lemon, green grape, vinegar, funky yeast, rice and floral hops in a crisp, dry, acidic, sour finish. Light body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Nice complexity.

375ml green bottle. Pours a hazy amber orange with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Funky aroma of pale malt, red wine, oak, barnyard and Lacto. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, red grape, vinegar, oak and Lacto in a dry, sour, acidic finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Complex and interesting.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Cloudy purple red with small off-white head. Lots of juniper, some blackberry, light lemon, okay.

Pale purpley, thin head. On the nose, rosemary, I mean lots of gin. I get lemon oil, I get blackberry, I get botanical city. Tart, packs a lactic punch with lots of berry. Lemony. Complex, on account of the gin barrel. All told, the lactic sharpness is considerable, and more that what I would call ideal balance, but it's a good beer.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is full of blackberry thorns, plenty of lemon, and floral gin. Flavour is full of boozy gin, intense thorny blackberry bush, and a touch of soapy lemon. Finishes with tons of thorny blackberry pith and lemon. Eh, it's alright -- very thorny and lemony, almost cleaner-like. Fine.
