(On tap @ Bar Hop Brewco, Toronto, Jan 20/18) Nearly clear medium gold pour, white head, lace. Notes of Belgian pale malts, white bread, biscuit, soft fruity esters that start to hit sharp bubblegum and banana when warm, potpourri, touches of white pepper. Low to medium sweet ending rather dry with fairly low bitterness. Medium bodied with slightly above average carbonation. Solid straight-up saison, maybe a little ester-heavy for my tastes but easy to drink, doesn't necessarily excite.

(Tap sample @ Bar Hop, Jan 15/18) Pours a nearly clear ruby with a small dark pink head. Notes of lightly vinous moderate strength fresh raspberry, black currant, slightly tart up front with touch citrus, skin, some seeds, dry astringency, tobacco on the back end. Light to medium bodied, rather softly carbonated. Fruity, somewhat juicy, not really jammy. A solid raspberry farmhouse, pretty middle of the road on flavour concentration and complexity.

(Tap sample @ Bar Hop, Jan 15/18) Pours extremely hazy medium gold with a nice stable fine white head. Lightly tart citrusy notes, grapefruit peels, light lemon, white bread, soft lacto, dry grass, white pepper, quite dry overall, softly bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft creamy carbonation. Solid dry mixed ferm farmhouse, quite citrusy, with good drinkability.

Draft - Barell and white wine notes. Pale clear gold with a decent white head. Lemon, oak and a touch of sourness and bitterness. Nice.

Draft - Intense red berry fruit. Deep reddish with a white head. Nice soured raspberry and cherry with a light finish. Solid with a very light acidity.

A burgundy red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of currant, grapeskin, light lactic notes, light Brett, light blueberry jam, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, raspberry jam, light Brett, refreshing and smooth. On tap at funkfest 2017.
