I was informed that this was basically some of the last beer from their brewery, just working through some old barrel stuff. Had on Peter St Sept 20, 2024. Dull amber, slight haze, medium head. Some of the last of this brewery’s product. Some mild brett on the nose, on the palate a bit ropey, touch acetic, sweetish, buttery, so not bad but there are some elements I’m not a fan of.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, grassy biscuit malt with herbaceous hops, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, OK. Can from brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with coffee, cinnamon, cloves, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, light mineral notes, very nice. Cask Days 2019.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, white wine notes, and plenty of oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with white wine, wild yeast, and some funk. Complex and well-blended. Excellent.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a cloudy dull yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, floral dry hops, and a hint of wild yeast. Flavour is well-calibrated, with wild yeast, floral dry hops, and a little lacto. Well-blended and nicely constructed. Good stuff.
