On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus, wild yeast, and a muffled earthy character. Flavour is rather muffled, with earthy, wild yeast, bready notes, and a hint of lacto. This isn't really dialed in quite right. Doesn't strike me as a Berliner, let alone a well-calibrated wild ale. Not bad, but needs work.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a cloudy golden with a medium, foamy white head. Aroma brings out a fragrant bouquet of wild yeast, with a prominent rustic saison yeast character. Flavour follows accordingly, expressing that wild yeast beautifully, followed a grainy cereal character, rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity notes. For a sub-5% wild ale, this is complex and deep. Wonderful.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a cloudy tiny red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of hibiscus, with light oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is full of wild yeast and hibiscus in equal amounts, with light oak, and a farmhouse character. The hibiscus imparts a slightly fruity character to complement the wild. Good stuff.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a fairly gentle wild yeast character, with light oak and a hint of tart citrus. Flavour is more sour than the aroma suggests, revealing tart citrus, floral notes, wild yeast, and even some barnyard funk as though there was some lambic blended in here. Rather complex, though it's fairly acidic and perhaps not as integrated quite as well as it could be. Still, this is a very solid effort.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a cloudy dull golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is quite complex, full of all sorts of wild critters. Flavour is a bit jumbled, with all sorts of wild yeast character coming through. Lots of farmhouse elements, with a touch of funk as well. Perhaps not the most cohesive blend, but it is a very pleasant, gentle end-product. Good stuff.
