A hazed golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light bready notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. Cask Days 2018.

Godspeed Sora Dr-Hopped Saison 4.4% I got this Can last August when I was in Toronto. I think it was about 350¥, cloudy straw gold with a soapy white head. The aroma is dry-hopped Citra (?) candyish notes and white pepper saison mild funk. Light bodied dry with a slightly raspy carbonic bite in the mouthfeel. The taste is bang on point, wheat, white pepper, candied lemon- /lime peels and all-around very sessionable brew and a good go-to if you’re in Toronto. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet chalky malt with light peated notes, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of peated bacon notes, light banana esters, cloves, light curacao, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.
