Pours a still golden color, Chardonnay-like. Crisp apple aroma and flavor. Not sweet, very dry. Very good cider.

Bottle pour at Colony Club during the Anxo pop-up event. Shared by Travlr, thanks Gene! Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white ring. Aromas of sweet apples, tropical fruit. Tastes of citrus and apples. Light body with a very dry finish.

Draft @ Steel Toad. Hazy with a head that dies quickly. Yellow. Earthy and slightly tannic apple aroma. Very dry, a bit flat, natural carbonation, earthy and slightly tart. Nice cider, some sweetness in the finish. Seems pretty authentic, I like it.

Draught at Steel Toad, Vancouver; 250 ml
Cloudy blond color. Aggressive aroma, tart, pungent, even piney, a bit funky, and with plastic. It has a good body structure, the mouthfeel is not too dry, with strong sourness, lemony and funky, a bit yeasty; lovely tartness in the final; it may have traces of acetic acid, but this one is so close to true Spanish ciders.
Excellent.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose is very juicy and farmhouse funk. Flavour brings out loads of wild yeast, followed by notes of vinegar and medium acidity. Finishes rather muted, but it's well-balanced and cohesive. Good.
