Description
Hay Camp Brewing Company is Rapid City's first production brewery. We are a nanobrewery that produces small batch handcrafted beers exclusive to onsite sales. The tavern emulates Rapid City's early developmental era, originally established as a hay camp in the Black Hills. With Karl Koth and Sam Papendick being brewers and tavern operators, the customers will be educated on how each beer is unique and which offering pairs best with their particular taste. And our front of the house main man, Sam Coil, will be offering up great events and good times. We look forward to serving up the best craft brews in town.

Draft at the source. Dark clear brown color nice tan head. Earthy burnt coffee aroma. Taste is earthy fruity coffee and light pine. Nice.

Draft at the source. Pretty close to black color, lacey brown head. Aroma of burnt coffee and licorice. Taste is big licorice earthy coffee grounds. Tasty.

Draft at the source. Clearish golden color fluffy white head. Aroma of baking biscuits. Taste is lightly peppery crackers. Tasty.
