Description
Bond Brothers Beer Company began in 2011 - Born from the collective work of Whit Baker, Jeremy Bond, and Jay Bond. What started on a 15 gallon homemade brew system has since grown to a 10 barrel system, capable of producing a wide variety of ales, sours, and lagers. Located in downtown Cary, NC, BBBC is a great place to come and enjoy a locally crafted beer. With a spacious brewery and taproom, as well as an outdoor beer garden, there is room for all beer lovers!

On tap at the GBX with the wife. Wife passed. 10oz pour. Dark brown on black, oily cookie lace. Charred brown sugar & some mellow soot smoke in the back. Rich & sharp, charred malt. Astringent & medicinal hops, medium wood smoke, dry & meatless. Finish lingers a touch sweet. Good.

Draft at Dominion. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate and coffee. Flavors are bitter sweet dark chocolate.

Had at Snallygaster. Poured a very slightly hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was a ton of fresh apricots, some light sour. Flavor was apricots. Really delicious apricot juice.

Had at Snallygaster. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a small ecru head. Aroma was roasted malts, pleasant, not overly smoked notes. Medium roast and chocolate. Really liked this one.
