16 oz can poured, picked up at Tapped, Mill Creek. Mildly cloudy and bright golden orange pour. Big bold and bitter hop profile. Dank and aggressive. A bit of a dense body to this, but overall this doesn't drink like a typical hazy in any way. Biting, bitter grassy hops last forever on the palate. Lots of pine on the nose. Solid beer overall, and quite a bit away from that I was expecting from UF here.

Can pour at brewery. Pours black with tan head. Aroma has a ton of bourbon and coffee. Flavour is very rich, lots of bourbon, crusty malts, coffee beans, vanilla. Not super complex, but very rich and enjoyable.

5oz pour at brewery. Pours opaque purplish red with white head. Aroma has jammy raspberry and blackberry. Flavour is also very jammy. Fairly high carbonation, which does offset the thick jammy quality of the beer. Overall not particularly good.

5oz pour at brewery. Pours clear brown with off-white head. Aroma has a lovely candied brown sugar, caramel, graham crackers, smoky whiskey. Flavour has tons of caramel, graham crackers, smoky whiskey. The peated whiskey becomes more pronounced the more you drink. This has excellent barrel character, well-integrated into the base beer.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of bergamot upfront, followed by plenty of citrus and lacto. Flavour is sugary and citric, infused with plenty of bergamot. Tart and somewhat acidic. Typical adjuncted kettle sour nonsense.

On tap at Urban Family, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma has subtle tequila barrels upfront, with gentle acidic and some citrus. Flavour has plenty of tequila barrels and plenty of citric acidity. Not the most complex but the tequila barrels and citrusy mix well. Solid.

On tap at Urban Family, pours a clear muddled bronze with a small white head. Aroma is very earthy, featuring that butterfly pea plant upfront, which drowns out everything else. Flavour is sour, with lots of earthy butterfly pea plant that dominates. Why do this? Gimmicky BS that no one could really like.

On tap at Urban Family, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the line upfront, with a touch of guava and lacto. Flavour is very citrusy, with tons of lime; the guava and peach aren't particularly discernible other than as miscellaneous fruit. Cheap adjuncted kettle sour that's lime-forward. It's alright.
