From a cheap can. Has typical nose of dry fermented apple cider. Eye is clear pale with bubblelike carbonation on the side of the glass. Taste is quite acceptable, its fruitier than yer typical cider but it's well done. The alky content is not as forward as you would think. Good carbonation from start to finish. No sense of the oak, as it may be. Just a simple kick ass typical domestic fruited apple cider that sort of borders on soda pop but not quite. There, you have it.

Draft: Poured a pinkish yellow with a white bubble head. Aroma is ginger, pomegranate, apple. Taste is ginger, pomegranates, apple, carbonated.

Single from 604. Clear, classy gold, frothy, lingering head. Minerally, earthy, very faint florals, soap. Lightly tart, apple core, lemon, pineapple water, low acid, crazy heavy in powdered sulfites. Soap. Dusty, powdered texture. No adjuncts, not helping.

Can/Fest. A- Apple, mild caramel. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Apple, caramel. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Lots of apple and a mix of red and green. Minimal caramel though, would like some more. Not as sweet as expected.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 12/1/22. Clear pink, thin fizzy white head, poor retention. Aroma of pomegranate and ginger so strong that it comes across as chemical and visceral. Taste is tart pomegranate, apple, ginger, sweet lime. Taste is not so offensive, but still not great. Too sweet. Not good.

This cider has an aroma and flavor of apple and lime with a sort of woody character. It’s fairly sweet. I think the lime cuts the sweetness some and it ends up being quite enjoyable.
