Location: On tap at the downtown Atlanta location 4/16/09
Flavor: Nice bitterness, decent flavor
Palate: Medium-Light body
Overall Impression: I thought this was a solid APA, I'm not sure if this is a new beer, but from reading the ratings of the Max Pale I have to believe this is a different beer, as it was definitely not an IPA.

Aroma: : Coffee, chocolate, roasted
Palate: Too thin I thought and not well balanced
Overall Impression: On the board they called this one the IMOS, I asked the waitress what IMOS stood for and she said she didn't know! (Wow...)
The ratings here seem a bit high to me, I thought it was a pretty thin and watery stout...Not something I'm looking for in this style. It's got a nice mix of ingredients, but the lack of body threw me off.

Overall Impression: Found this one to be an accurate example of a style that is usually pretty boring. I didn't enjoy this one much at all. It's a drop better then most of the macros, and that's about it.

Aroma: Caramel, malts
Appearance: Typical brown, maybe a bit clearer then normal
Flavor:Light malty sweetness, dull
Palate: Light body, acidic, pretty bland
Overall Impression: OK, but dull brown, that didn't offer much. A mediocre beer.

Bright reddish-amber colour. Nice loose head. The aroma is wood and diacetyl. On the palate, this is a true butterbomb. Sure, there’s some woody hop notes and a bit of crystal malt, but the diacetyl really overpowers everything else.

Dull straw with a loose head. Rich, woody, citrusy and lightly bready aroma. Really dry, with just pale malt underpinning. This brings the bitterness to the fore in a big way. Lightly fruity. There’s a faint oxidized character that is stale and cardboardy.
