Opaque pinkish yellow color. Raspberry aroma. Nice balance of sour acid and sweet-tart raspberry.

Pink grapefruit color with raspberry aroma. Flavor starts intensely sour and then finishes with a sweet and tart raspberry taste.

Flaska från 2022, batch 2 (13.69%). Rost/kastanjebrun med nätt beige krona. Nötigt, bränt socker, russin, torkade plommon. Rena och klara smaker, grundöl som ger mycket display till fatlagringen. Mycket Bourbon, fat, trä, fin åstramning.

Bottle at share. Dark brown, clear, ring of off-white bubbles. Aroma and taste are malty, mellow smoky notes. Mild sweetness with a healthy boozy hit. Should have saved this for the winter.
