Bottle at home shared with Caesar and Laura. Dark black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, peanuts and something weird I can't describe. Flavor is malts, wood, peanut, boozy, slightly (Dutch) "vingerverf". Mwah.

Bottle at home shared with Laura and Caesar. Black color, average sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, spices. Flavor is malts, heavily spices again, chili peppers, gingerbread. Oh no. Not my thing at all. Can't drink this.

Bottle at tap room, Sao Paulo. Strong cinnamon nose / mulledwine in an eastern European market. Biscoff vibes are strong in this one. Taste is similar to the above; cinnamon spiced orange. Mature ending. Interesting but not quite beer enough for me.

Pours dark brown, almost black, with a tiny tan head. Aroma: figs, dried fruits, wood barrels and brown sugar. Taste: Toasted coconut, plenty of bourbon and macadamian nuts. Oily and warming palate.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some vanilla and cinnamon notes with light honey notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt notes with some vanilla and cinnamon with distinctive honey notes. Body is about full with good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Interesting flavours even though I have never tasted the dessert it is based on.

Aroma of chocolate malt notes with some cocoa and whiskey notes with floral coffee notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt notes with some cocoa notes and whiskey notes with floral coffee and faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with limited discernible alcohol notes. Solid pastry stout with balanced flavours and good drinkability.
