Sample at the 6th Annual Craft Beer Festival by The Community Tap on 04/21/2018. Cloudy dark orange-amber color with a medium bone white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of peaches, yeast and spice. Medium to full body with flavors of spiced peach, herbal tea, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a peach and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Dark yellow clear color with no foam. No distinct aroma. Nice flavor, milder taste than other Tripels, still has the sweetness but without such an overpowering alcohol flavor.

Full body, thick feel, red color, clear, caramel and alcohol tastes. This beer was a butt-kicker, great taste of red ale with bourbon flavor from the ageing.

Sample at the Funk Collective VIP session at BFS. This one is also called Liberty Tree, by the way. Brown color small tan head. Bourbon aroma. Taste is lightly tannic caramel and cocoa, light body. Tasty.
