From a can at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018. It is clear effervescent pale gold with a feint white head. The Aroma of spice apple pie. the taste is sweet flavor of apple juice with a dry finish.

Stellar Sparkling Cider 2014 from Argus Cidery

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is oak, pear, apple skin. Thin body, tart apple, strong oak, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle at Argus, pours a deep dark mahogany with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of tart dry cherry skins, oak and wood. Flavour is likewise very cherry-dominated, with tart dry dark cherries, and oaky wood. Nice incorporation of cherries. Really good.

Bottle at Argus, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out light oak, crisp apple acidity, and tannins. Flavour is bone dry, with loads of oak, tannins and crisp apple skins. Bone dry, with a lovely woody, oaky finish. Excellent.

Bottle at Argus, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light oak, crisp apple acidity and a touch of tannic character. Flavour is bone dry, with light oaky and crisp apple acidity. Very dry and nicely oaked. Solid.

On tap at Argus, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp dry apples, light acidity. Flavour is medium dry, with crisp apple acidity, light sweetness and light tannic notes. Nicely constructed, with an easy body. Very drinkable.

Bottle at Argus, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma is very dry, with light acidity, not much else. Flavour is medium sweet, with pear skins, medium residual sweetness. Not overly interesting, but competently brewed. Solid.
